A charming early 20th century child’s bentwood chair by renowned Austrian makers J & J Kohn, complete with the original maker’s stamp to the underside.
Beautifully proportioned and wonderfully light, this little chair carries all the elegance of classic Viennese bentwood design. The circular seat pad features delicate embossed detailing, adding subtle texture and character.
There are small historic pin holes around the seat edge — most likely from a fabric covering being added at some point in its long life. They form part of its story and do not affect use.

Structurally sound and ready for another generation.
Condition
Solid and stable. Evidence of a historic seat covering. A few small pin-prick holes to the seat pad. Treated for woodworm as a precaution. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
