These chairs have been with me a number of years as I had them in my own cottage and I absolutely love them! However, they have been in storage for quite a while as they don’t fit into my current house so it’s time to let them go!

They are old, solid and heavy. With a sprung seat and a hardwood frame they would be perfect for reupholstering in a beautiful fabric.

I have always called them ‘Ladies Chairs’ as the proportions are perfect for a lady to sit in. I am 5’3” and they were a perfect fit for me (probably why I have always loved them!) the curve of the back fits perfectly into my back so they were very comfortable.

2 of the back castors are missing so would need to be replaced. These are quality chairs, sturdy and strong perfect for reupholstering. They just don’t make them like this any more!
