The simple clean lines of this console table were designed by John and Sylvia Reid for a Stag, inspired by Scandinavian Designers they were pioneers of British MCM furniture in the 1970’s. This Minstrel range of furniture is currently having a resurgence of popularity. Built to last, practical and now professionally painted we love that vintage furniture doesn’t have to be a one off and we can produce sets of matching furniture. With three storage drawers this versatile table would suit just around any room in the house from a hallway to a bedroom. We have painted in a rich black colour with just a hint of blue.
All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, treated for woodworm as a precaution, repaired where necessary, we then ensure the drawers all run smoothly before cleaning, sanding, priming and applying a minimum of two top coats in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator. This stunning black manufactured by Victory Colours. This paint is cruelty free, vegan, ultra low VOCs with exceptionally low odour and is highly durable.
We have added new gold square handles to compliment the black.
