We just love the versatility of this piece, use it in a bedroom as a dressing table with useful drawers. Use it in a hallway as a console table. Use it in a dining room or sitting room as a sideboard.


The simple clean lines of this minstrel range of furniture were designed by John and Sylvia Reid for a Stag, inspired by Scandinavian Designers they were pioneers of British MCM furniture.

We have hand painted this in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator in a stunning blue, we have named ‘Rooster Blue’ a colour created by us and manufactured by Victory Colours. This paint is cruelty free, vegan, ultra low VOCs with exceptionally low odour and is highly durable.

All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, repaired where necessary, cleaned, sanded, primed and a minimum of two top coats applied.

We have added new copper cup handles to compliment the blue.
