We love the proportions of this chair. Large enough to make a statement by itself but would work equally as a carver at the head on any discerning dining table!
Made from a solid hardwood, this chair is sturdy, strong and dependable, it has a certain masculinity about it. It is in very good condition, there is some patina on the arms which add to its charm.
The rush seat is in great condition, I suspect it has been redone in the past.
I think this piece could work well as an occasional chair in just about any room in the house.
