A beautiful 1978 Ercol 365A armchair, made in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and retaining its original Ercol label.

Originally designed as the carver chair for the classic Ercol 365 dining set, this elegant Windsor armchair features the iconic spindle back, sculpted elm seat and gently curved arms that make Ercol furniture so recognisable.

Increasingly popular today as a desk chair or statement occasional chair, the 365A is wonderfully comfortable thanks to the shaped saddle seat and supportive spindle back.

A lovely labelled example for Ercol collectors.

Crafted from solid elm and beech, the chair shows beautiful natural grain across the seat, paired with the slender turned spindles and tapered legs typical of Ercol’s High Wycombe production.

The chair has been cleaned and carefully polished in the Roosters Furniture workshop, enhancing the warmth of the timber while preserving its authentic vintage character.

Perfect as:
