Description
A chest of drawers, professionally painted in a fabulous deep purple colour.

Made in post war Britain by well known manufacturer Harris Lebus this chest of drawers is typical of the era. Cleverly using a mix of material to create a structurally sturdy and sound piece of furniture which is surprising lightweight but is aesthetically pleasing.

This has been completely professionally refurbished in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator.

Paint: Benjamin Moore ‘Grape Juice’

Handles: Original handles spray painted gold.

Height to top of back plate is 74cm

Each piece is carefully checked, repaired where necessary, treated for worm as a precaution before being throughly prepared for painting. We clean, sand and prime before applying a minimum of two top coats. We only use premium products to ensure a long lasting and durable finish. The drawer interiors are gentle rejuvenated with lemon oil and we ensure they all run smoothly..
