Vintage Art Deco Smoker’s Stand / Occasional Stand with Shelves

A striking and highly sculptural vintage smoker’s stand, dating to the Art Deco period (c. 1930s–1940s). Crafted from rich, dark-stained wood, this piece features a beautifully balanced circular frame with two folding shelves, an integrated tilting book or magazine rack, and a metal matches holder and glass ashtray at the top.

The elegant curved form and architectural silhouette make this a real statement piece, equally at home as a traditional smoker’s stand, a drinks or cocktail stand, or simply a decorative occasional piece in a man cave, den, living room, study or hallway.

The wood shows a warm patina consistent with age, with light surface wear adding to its character. It is solid and stable, and presents very well overall.

A rare and unusual example that blends form and function beautifully.
