An antique Mahogany traditional chest of 3 over 2 drawers.

What sold me this chest was how remarkably easy the drawers slide in and out. This is because each drawer sits on a piece of wood rather than just runners.

We have given it a clean and a polish and a couple of veneer repairs so that it is all ready for its next custodian.

The leather top has been nourished and recoloured. There is a small hole in the leather (see photos)

There are some very historical worm holes to the interior of some drawers, these have all been treated purely as a precautionary measure.

A strong, sturdy chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage.and aesthetically pleasing.
