We are able to paint from our stock a Stag 7 drawer Tallboy to your bespoke requirements.
Our lead time is usually 2-3 weeks (Farrow & Ball paint 5-6 weeks due to curing- colour matching service available with our usual lead time)
PAINT
We will paint in any colour, with any brand so feel free to choose from any colour cards/ swatches you have at home or can pick up at your local DIY store or decorating centre. Or, if you prefer we can send you samples.
Our preferred brands are Benjamin Moore, Victory Colours and Little Greene due to their durability for furniture.

There is a huge range of handles to choose from and it can be a little daunting! We are happy to help you with the process. As a guide, handles of up to £4 are included in the price, there will be an additional supplement for handles chosen above this.
Things to think about to narrow down the search.
1) Types of handle.
Handles tend to fall into three main categories
A) A traditional pull handle with two fixings that you put your hand under to pull open.
B) A cup handle, as it sounds shaped like a cup!
C) A knob or a pull.
2) Colour. Questions I usually ask customers to narrow down the search. Are there other metals in the room? For example if you have a chrome light fitting you may prefer chrome handles. Do you want them to stand out or blend in? Is your taste traditional, whacky or something in between!
3) Size- yes size is important!

STAG MINSTREL
The simple clean lines of this chest was designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag, inspired by Scandinavian Designers they were pioneers of British MCM furniture in the 1970’s. This Minstrel range of furniture is currently having a resurgence of popularity.
Built to last, practical and now professionally painted we love that vintage furniture doesn’t have to be a one off and we can produce sets of matching furniture. This listing is for a 7 drawer Tallboy chest, but we are able to paint other Stag Minstrel pieces from stock to match, so please do message your requirements.
WHAT WE DO
All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, treated for woodworm as a precaution, repaired where necessary, we then ensure the drawers all run smoothly before cleaning, sanding, priming and applying a minimum of two top coats in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator. To the interior, all the drawers are oiled to rejuvenate and will arrive clothes ready.
