A set of original Ercol Goldsmith dining chairs, an iconic mid-century British design admired for its elegant spindle backs, sculpted solid elm seats and beautifully balanced proportions.

This set comprises five standard dining chairs and one Goldsmith carver chair, perfect for use at the head of the table.

Finished in a rich dark stain, the chairs display the quality craftsmanship and timeless design Ercol is renowned for. Some chairs retain their original “Made in England” Ercol labels; others do not, which is very common with vintage Ercol and in no way detracts from authenticity.

Condition
Good vintage condition throughout. All chairs are solid, sturdy and structurally sound, with no loose joints. Light surface wear and small marks consistent with age and use, adding character and patina. The carver arms are firm and comfortable.
