Stag Minstrel Small 3 Drawer Chest

The simple clean lines of these chests were designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag, inspired by Scandinavian Designers who were pioneers of British MCM furniture in the 1970’s. This Minstrel range of furniture is currently having a resurgence of popularity. Built to last, practical and now professionally painted we love that vintage furniture doesn’t have to be a one off and we can produce sets of matching furniture.

Multiples and coordinating pieces are available from our large stock of Stag Minstrel furniture. We can also accommodate your personal colour choice and hardware options please message me with your individual requirements.

We take great pride in all the pieces we produce, ensuring our high standards are maintained. Feedback from customers is that they are receiving the best of both worlds, buying vintage which is as good as new!

All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, repaired where necessary, we ensure the drawers all run smoothly before cleaning, sanding, priming and applying a minimum of two top coats. All work is undertaken in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator. The drawer interiors are then oiled to rejuvenate the wood.

The drawers have been hand painted in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator in a stunning blue, we have named ‘Rooster Blue’ a colour created by us and manufactured in high quality, durable satin finish paint.

We have added new copper cup handles to compliment the blue.
