A Stag Minstrel blanket box.

This will be painted to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

The simple clean lines of these chests were designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag, inspired by Scandinavian Designers who were pioneers of British MCM furniture in the 1970’s. This Minstrel range of furniture is currently having a resurgence of popularity. Built to last, practical and now professionally painted we love that vintage furniture doesn’t have to be a one off and we can produce sets of matching furniture.

Coordinating pieces are available from our large stock of Stag Minstrel furniture. We can also accommodate your personal colour choice, please message me with your individual requirements.

We take great pride in all the pieces we produce, ensuring our high standards are maintained. Feedback from customers is that they are receiving the best of both worlds, buying vintage which is as good as new!

All our painted vintage furniture is throughly checked, repaired where necessary before cleaning, sanding, priming and applying a minimum of two top coats. All work is undertaken in our workshop by a professional painter and decorator.

This perfect neutral ‘Dyer’s Chalk’ is a colour we created ourselves in house and has been manufactured by Victory Colours in a high quality, premium, eco and vegan paint and is highly durable.If you would like a paint sample, please message me with your details.
