An Edwardian oak dressing chest with original mirror back, reflecting a balance of Arts & Crafts restraint and Art Nouveau detail.

The oak is well figured, with a warm, consistent tone across the drawer fronts and top. Original copper handles remain in place, now softened to a natural patina.
The upper section incorporates a tilting, bevelled mirror, set within shaped supports. Flanking shelves—likely intended for candles—add a practical and decorative element typical of the period.

The drawer arrangement is both simple and functional, with two short drawers over three full-width drawers. All run well and provide useful storage.

Condition
Very good antique condition. Light surface wear in line with age and use. The finish remains clean and well presented, with no significant detractors. Drawers run smoothly and interiors are tidy.
